We are specialists in data communications products: copper communication cables and connectivity, fiber optic cables and connectivity, wireless RF, RFID and Industrial Ethernet Switches and IP Cameras. Our main focus is on the industrial marketplace and service provider markets. We have experience in opening up new markets and have done so with fiber optics cable and connectivity, wireless LAN products, RFID tracking and most recently Industrial Ethernet Hardened Switches. We have taken existing markets and increased market share. We do what needs to be done to be successful and we always re-invest in the company to ensure the best possible results.

True North Technology Inc. has its head office in Mississauga Ontario, a suburb of Toronto the largest Canadian city within a short drive to Pearson International Airport.

The Principals in the firm, Norm Baldoni and Marvin Strauch bring a mature approach to the business with each having over 30 years experience in the sales, sales management and marketing. Each partner is active with their own customers and territory responsibilities. Norm Baldoni, who is fluent in French is responsible for accounts in Ontario and Quebec. Marvin Strauch looks after accounts in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces.

Larry Needham, our Western Canada Business Development Manger, also has over 25 years of experience in our industry working for manufacturers and for distributors. Larry is located in Calgary Alberta and is responsible for the Western Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Vivienne Fernicola, our office administrator, has been with the company since 1988. She provides data base entry functions, general office administration.

Our accounting and IT, including Website development and maintenance, receptionist, secretarial and general office and meeting functions are outsourced minimizing overhead expense.

True North Technology Inc. is a founding member of IST CANADA REP ALLIANCE an alliance formed to provide our customers with more resources to help them achieve their objectives. We have recently formed this powerful alliance with 2 rep firms, one in the Province of Quebec and one in Ontario. These firms have complimentary non-competing products to ours and are well established and experienced in their markets.

We have developed and maintain a large vertical segregated customer data base using GoldMine Database Management Software. The data base is used regularly to promote, on a direct touch basis and on an indirect touch basis, the products we represent.
